OPPORTUNITA'

This Job purpose is to provide a business-enabling and efficient working environment for the offices in the Country, covering Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management.
Takes an active role in supporting and driving corporate responsibility agenda, in terms of sustainability, diversity and talent retention.

RESPONSABILITA'

Real Estate & Workspace management,
M&E Infrastructure Design & Projects and Operations
Facilities Maintenance/Corporate Services as Reception, Security, supported by Business Management.

COMPETENZE

1+ years' experience:
Contract, Service and Provider management,
Administrative activities such as cash & teller activities and market support
Property management supporting Maintenance and Facility on site of external technician
People Management internal/external

For sites 50 employees a Real Estate / Facility Management background would be considered an advantage

Stakeholder Management
Collaboration with GCS and GCOO partners // understanding local and global needs
Strong influencing & communication skills, positive and proactive mindset
Detailed understanding of Risk concepts and mitigation strategies
Administration
People & Team management
Highly collaborative
English competency, written & spoken
