The Digital&Technologies branch is looking for a Business Support and Administrative - Coordinator for one of its leading clients in the IT sector.
We need a local Italian person, speaking fluent Italian to collaborate closely with suppliers/ companies in Italy. The suppliers speak mainly Italian and we need a local to blend into the community.

Must have:
-Able to communicate in Italian and English fluently
-Problem-solving skills
-Independent
-Fast Learner with Growth Mindset
-Able to response and take action quickly in a fast-paced environment
-At least 5 years of working experience

Responsibilities:
-Liaising with Suppliers on all issues related to contractors
-Problem solving on issues with invoices- to work with suppliers, CSAMs and hiring managers to find the gap
-Approving invoices
-Extending of external contractors- very much involved in each step of the process; from the beginning; Submit a request, Draft SOW contracts, with SOW schedule table and Table of payment, do PO extension and ensure Headtrax Enddate is updated to new End-date
-Sourcing for external contractors- very much involved with the PRM team (Partner Resource Management), to ensure our cases are worked on, ensure interviews are taking place and coordinate the whole process till we find the right candidates
-Monitoring the external contractors’ End-dates and following up with the managers to extend them
-Receipting of POs every month
-Onboarding new external contractors and problem-solving when they encounter issues
-Offboarding the external contractors
-Constantly update the centralized excel file on external contractors on any change of their status/data
-Response to queries from suppliers, internal audits on external contractors
-Tracking accuracy In calendars
-Supporting the team in other activities where we require help, not limited to above tasks
