In addiction, is responsible to follow/take care of all customer quality relevant aspects during project development and after SOP. He participates in the execution of customer projects in line with IATF standard and contributes to integration of project quality at each step of the project execution process, He assures a continuous alignment with company colleagues to guarantee the correct implementation of customer requirements and, in case of customer claims, He coordinates a failure analysis team, assuring the application of a systematic analysis method (Ishikawa, 5 whys, etc ). He prepares the 8D reports summarizing the results obtained of the failure analysis team, plans PFMEA sessions based on project timeline or in case of reviews and manage PFMEA records on the chosen SW tool and He manages and monitors customer portal management (including PPAP, APQP documents).
