Adecco Italia spa, Milano Contact Center, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Specialist for Dutch speakers.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to clients in the Loyalty & Healthcare division of our outsourcing company, based in Milan. Your main role will be to assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Basic level of Italian
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

You can choose to work 30 or 40 hours per week, on shifts, from 8 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday,.
We offer a salary of 21K per year for a 40 h per week contract.
