The Diversity&Inclusion Hub of Adecco is looking for a Senior System Administrator belonging to the Protected Categories ( law 68/99)

Our client, in Milan, operating in the automotive sector, is hiring a Systems Admin to be a part of the Digital Workplace & User Services team.
This team mainly focuses on maintaining and evolving the Digital Workplace platform and supporting business users (Office365 Services, Hybrid Exchange infrastructure ,Ad & Azure AD Authentication & Synchronization Services)

We are looking for the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business information systems, a related degree or equivalent experience;
• From 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience*
• Fluent English;

*Experience in the following areas:
• Identity & Access management
• Mobile Management
• PEC & Fax services
• Patch management
• CyberSecurity

Responsabilità:

The candidate will be responsible for :
• day-to-day activities related to service stability
• reliability & security
• New Implementations
• Platform Evolution

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
• Architectural design on infrastructure
• Work with developers and business analysts to integrate new platforms and applications
• Monitor the performance of hybrid infrastructure (MS AD / AzureAD)
• Maintaining third party services, related to Office 365 environment
• Maintaining the OnPrem infrastructure (Exchange, ADFS, AD Connect, PEC)
• Assist Service Desk and IT Dept from other countries in advanced troubleshooting (2nd level support)
• Troubleshoot service outages as they occur, including after hours and weekends
• Incident Management
