Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a FLOW MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT.
The Flow Management Assistant will be working in the Admin and Finance cluster based in
Lampedusa and will be responsible for the following tasks under the supervision of the Cluster
Coordinator:
• Regular contacts with the operational staff in the field to identify and process the
operational needs
• Liaise with the Admin/Finance department to implement workflows
• Support management of operational activities, including workload, quality checks and
guidelines, onboarding and trainings
• Oversee and monitor the statistical tools used by the EUAA team, supporting their
update and accuracy in accordance with input from operational teams
• Draft documents, templates, statistics, minutes and reports
• Provide regular analytical and statistical reports on outputs and challenges of the EUAA
Operations team
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile,
including the possibility of going on mission.
Essential
1. University degree in Business administration, Economics, International relations or
other relevant fields.
2. Previous professional experience in similar tasks of at least 1 year
3. Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English
4. Have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Responsabilità:
Availability to full-time fixed- term contract through Adecco until 15.05.2023 (renewable)
