« Torna ai risultati Help Desk Warranty Consultant -Rome Categoria professionale Ingegneria / Ricerca e Sviluppo / Laboratorio - ingegnere meccanico Settore AUTOMOTIVE Località Roma, Roma Data inizio 10/09/2022 Job reference 1777-44 Riferimento esterno HELPDESKWARRANTYCONSULTANT-ROME-1777-44 The purpose of the Help Desk Warranty Consultant in accordance with that defined by the Project Coordinator, is to provide support to the primary and secondary network of the National Sales Company for the national territory in relation to issues of warranty and management of the return of spare parts under warranty to the parent company.Duties and responsibilities:Manage support requests for warranty repairs from primary and secondary network;Provide a response to support request, with case closure, within 5 business days;Ensure an excellent level of communication and completeness of information in providing the support request response;Update and produce documentation associated with handling support requests, such as e-tracker reporting, chargeback reporting;Report potential critical situations collaborate on resolution of potential problems;Enforce procedures required by the National Sales Company Warranty policies;RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Aeronautical/Management Engineering, Business Administration with automotive background;Basic knowledge of the automotive world, both from a technical standpoint and knowledge of service processes;In-depth knowledge of handling payment requests for warranty repairs and all related processes and with insight into those processes not directly involved but which may interfere with warranty processes;Ability to analyze processes, understand when a critical issue is present and be proactive so that the problem occurs or is resolved or to increase the efficiency of the process;Excellent knowledge of computer systems for daily management, Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access);Wirking pattern:RomeWe offer a unique opportunity to grow professionally, learn and gain experience within an international environment.
