NOC Engineer
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering
Experience: None or limited experience
Languages: Good written and oral communication skills in English / Italian required
Working hours: Shifts 24/7
Framework: “Contratto di apprendistato” 36 months, III Livello CCNL Commercio” + monthly indemnity and variable fee on team and individual goals (average 10-20% of gross salary).

NOC Engineer, the Role
The NOC Engineer will represent MT interacting 24/7 with the Customer, acting with professionalism and respecting the SLA.
Being the primary interface to Customers, he/she will orchestrate and lead the service provisioning process, coordinating physical service implementation, implementing logical configurations, working with Customers to support remote networks and VSAT (and other services) activation and providing technical expertise to ensure a quality handoff of the service to the customer.
He/she will work in a multicultural and international environment, improving his/her knowledge across multiple satellite and IP communication technologies.
The NOC team has responsibilities of end-to-end service deployment, monitoring and maintenance of both Customer's remote networks and the integrated Platform (mainly based on Cisco Systems) that supports satellite networks and customer's business critical systems.
