For important company operating in the Automotive sector, Adecco is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- The sales administrator will direct report to the Sales&Marketing VP and will coordinate the back office team;
- Receiving and processing purchase orders;
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details;
- Verify and process tooling orders;
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information;
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly/yearly sales reports.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries in case of needs
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirements and skills:
- Previous experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Good knowledge of SAP;
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
