We are looking for a sales oriented agrarian/agricultural expert.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales in Europe for Agro business.
The ideal candidate will have a background in agrarian/agriculture studies and industries as well as previous experience in a sales role.
Your main activities will include:
1. Managing the current customer base to increase sales turnover
2. Analyse and identify new potential customers in your region
3. Commercial sales reporting
4. Customer management including: order management, coordinating with internal teams finalised at sales order management (MSDS, certifications, authorisations, etc), payment status, samples management, identifying and organising for technical training requirements
5. Support marketing function activities
Other activities include, but are not limited to :
• preparing, technical-commercial documentation to support the Agro business unit
• carrying out presentations to customers or internal functions
• participate as a presenter at seminars or conferences
Profile:
• Agricultural Degree (non-zootechnical specialisation preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Italian / English Language
• Clear affinity in sales role, showing empathy and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in sales background is key
• Specific experience in Agro business sector ideal
