Adecco is looking for a Service Marketing Specialist for a multinational in the automotive sector.
-Work on developing business, in order to increase Revenues and SGP and
-Services penetration at European level
-Coordination among Markets and HQ departments to define commercial offers and training materials related
-Define systems and processes improvements request and implementation
-Manage reporting and KPI
Requirements:
data analysis
-good knowledge of the marketing field for the data and output analysis
-upper intermediate/advanced knowledge of English. Good knowledge of other languages is a plus
Contract determined with the possibility of extensions
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate activities for all European markets
-Estimate the value proposition of new services and their overall impact on business
-Define and Share targets, take rate and revenues / margins for each market
-Suggest and follow market customization of products
-Suggest and follow new services and campaigns offers to improve volumes penetration and profitability, facilitating the
communication among markets and HQ S&M Department
-Manage communications with the markets about new offers, systems and processes and general updates
-Build synergies among market TCO teams and HQ teams that give evidence of process improvement
-Reporting creation, requests and validation (accountability on main KPI)
Initial contract determined with extension opportunities.
