We are on the lookout for a strong and experienced leader to drive 135 people that will partecipate to the event!
Ideally we seek someone who is a natural people manager and a clear communicator who inspires the team to action to create exceptional customer experiences. You will have experience in leading a team to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPI's.
You MUST come a huge operational background: processing pallets of stock daily, delegating and prioritising tasks to your team as well as managing stock turnover expectations will be an exceptional skill of yours. You will thrive working under pressure and smashing through operations and administration jobs.
