The Supplier Manager is part of the wider Product and Supplier Management organization and executes the agreed common EMEA category strategy on a local level. This includes developing and leveraging local supplier relationships within the 7 pillars framework, focusing on the strategic suppliers in first priority, qualifying new suppliers following a request from the sales team or from insight coming from the EMEA team or from an insight came from a supplier. Main objectives include achieving targeted profitable growth, customer acquisition, market share growth and ROI. This is achieved through development and execution of supplier business plans to realize the category strategy.
The Supplier Manager constitute an important part of the market intelligence of the group category team providing market trends and insights as well as customer needs/insights/feedback. Also, part of a virtual regional team to ensure regional alignment and maximization of supplier value extraction supported by procurement and governance.

About the role
The Supplier Manager is responsible for the following processes:
Development and execution of supplier business plans in line with the agreed common EMEA category strategy.
Supplier value extraction.
Local sourcing within agreed corridor of terms
Communication across all levels of the suppliers' organizations
Management of supplier expectations in line with our objectives and category strategy
Securing Minimum Viable Content (MVC) product and transactional content onto content aggregator as basis for all NPIs
Successful NPI delivery and performance by supplier following the supplier segmentation
Collaboration across the regional product teams and achievement of suppliers KPI's.
Develop a marketing plan and ensure its delivered & invoiced

Successful track record in supplier/account management or related discipline
Business planning and execution capability
A collaborative team player across a business with fast moving, customer driven markets
Successful supplier relationship management
Ability to work cross functional as well as cross cultural as part of a wider global team
Strong commercial acumen and broad communication skills
Educated to degree-level or equivalent
Understanding of marketing, purchasing and inventory control
Operational problem solver and good process management capability
Salary package 35-45K
