Technical Support Analyst
Main activities / Responsibility of the position:
The person sought will operate in the "Group Workplace Solution" structure within the "Tech Bar" area responsible to support and resolve issues related to the usage of the workplace. Specifically, our structure is responsible for the management of accident, problem and event management processes, which are essential for guaranteeing excellence in the level of service and for promoting the continuous improvement of the Digital Workplace.
Main requirements and skills
•Preference for Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology or similar
•Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
•Good leadership, team building and problem solving skills
•Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and agile
•Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate effectively
•Excellent communication and information organization skills
•Propensity to deepen knowledge of technological platforms
•Knowing how to operate according to deadlines and priorities, working both independently and in a group
•Knowledge of CA Clarity PPM, PMI, Prince2, ITIL and Agile certifications are preferred requirements
•Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system (administration and performance tuning)
•Excellent knowledge of the Apple Mac operating system (administration and performance tuning)
•Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 (user administration and training)
•Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP / IP suite)
•Knowledge of Mobile Device, iOS and Android, Smartphone and Tablet
•Knowledge in Hardware diagnostic (Personal Computer and Mobile devices)
•5+ years of relevant management in a similar role.
