Adecco Italia is looking for a FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
The profile will be working in one of the Offices located in Rome as a member of the Facility Management Sector under the supervision of the Country Team Leader and in cooperation with the management team of the relevant sectors.
He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
•Assist in controlling in and out flow of guest ensuring proper gust reception and maintaining lobby and reception area
•Support in managing office correspondence and sorting incoming mails and queries
•Supporting in maintaining up-to-date supplies storage and stocking
•Managing outgoing and incoming parcels and assisting to record all the manifest sheet at ERDMS
•Providing assistance with booking meeting rooms as required
•Support organizing transportation arrangements for staff and guests
•Recording and updating inventory for visibility materials
•Assisting with other office activities and tasks as required to support our colleagues in the office assigned by line manager or coordinator
•Draft documents and/or minutes as requested
•Perform any other duties in the interest of the service
Request availability for a fixed-term contract until 31.08.2025 (renewable)
