What you'll do
• Maintain P&C information systems and related procedures to capture, record, and manage critical HR data accurately;
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of HR financial records, recommending and implementing system improvements and new applications as needed;
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify budget constraints and financial performance;
• Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation; develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management;
• Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism to identify improvement areas and support strategic HR goals;
• Lead and participate in HR projects focused on process optimization, system implementation, and data integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsabilità:
What we're looking for
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields (preferred, but other degrees considered);
• 3-5 years of experience in P&C analytics roles within established companies;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
• Previous experience implementing HR systems;
• Hands-on experience with advanced HR systems and supporting system upgrades;
• Close collaboration with Compensation & Benefits Managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business goals;
• Strong project management skills and experience working with IT and Finance functions.
