Adecco Italia spa, for an important pharmaceutical company, is looking for a
Project Assistant Finance
Reporting to the Country Finance Lead, the Finance Assistant will have the opportunity to be engaged in several financial activities supporting all Finance departments gaining knowledge on financial and business processes while providing high quality administrative support to the Finance Directors.
Main responsibilities in this role includes, but are not limited to:
• Support the Finance Director with administrative tasks such as managing department purchase orders, meeting arrangements, coordinate agenda, take and circulate minutes, travel arrangements & travel expenses, as applicable;
• Provide support in monitoring financial and cross – functional projects working with the local teams to ensure timely implementation;
• Track key performance indicators and other appropriate measures/metrics to assure projected value realization, and escalates corresponding issues;
• Assist in preparation of presentations and reporting;
• Assist in department administrative tasks;
Support the Finance department in various activities, e.g.:
• support on Finance Budget management,
• preparation of reports,
• creation and analysis of dashboards,
• review of exceptions and implementation of remediation actions,
• support on various ad hoc analysis and / or financial data gathering,
• initiate Finance vendor master data creation/change requests,
• management and accounting of Finance Open PO accruals and PPRs,
• analysis of Non-PO Invoices Report,
• ensure Finance procedures are timely reviewed and archived,
• timely and accurate preparation of the SOX control of JEs approvers,
• quarterly update of HCP Aggregate Spending Report, as per Global Standard and local procedure, reconciliation of welfare expenses
• Management of certified emails (PEC) related to the Finance Team (e.g. vendor and customer balance confirmations etc.)
• Accountability of timely filing of official questionnaires

We offer a fixed term contract for 12 months. Salary will be commensurate with the seniority.
